Seven Philippine publicly listed companies have earned spots in Forbes Asia’s “Best Under a Billion” 2026 list, which recognizes 200 top-performing small and mid-sized companies across the Asia-Pacific region.
The annual ranking features companies with annual sales ranging from $10 million to $1 billion that have demonstrated strong financial performance and sustained growth.
Among the Philippine firms included this year are A. Soriano Corporation, the holding firm of Seas Resorts and Leisure, owner of Amanpulo, with reported sales of $256 million, and Apex Mining Co., Inc., one of the country’s leading gold producers, with $357 million in sales.
Also making the list were Asia United Bank with sales of $505 million, Far Eastern University with $100 million, and STI Education Systems Holdings, Inc. with $97 million in sales.
Completing the Philippine roster were Pryce Corporation, which recorded $370 million in sales, and Vivant Corporation with $177 million in sales.
The recognition highlights the resilience and competitiveness of Philippine companies across diverse sectors, including banking, education, mining, real estate, tourism, utilities and memorial services, despite a challenging regional business environment.
