Japanese clothing giant Uniqlo is deepening its footprint in the Philippines with the opening of its largest logistics hub in Southeast Asia, a move that signals a long-term bet on the country as a regional supply chain anchor.
Rising within Federal Land’s Riverpark North estate in Cavite, the new UNIQLO Logistics Facility is designed to power the brand’s “first-mile” operations, facilitating faster delivery of its LifeWear products while generating jobs.
The sprawling warehouse blends advanced technology with worker‑friendly design and sustainable features, setting a new standard for industrial spaces in the region.
“This new warehouse marks a new chapter for us in the Philippines, supporting our commitment to responsible growth while staying true to our purpose,” said Geraldine Sia, UNIQLO Philippines COO.
“Through our partnership with FNG, we aim to create local jobs and contribute to the community’s development. We hope this facility will become a benchmark for supply chain excellence in the country”, she added.
Federal Land president Thomas Mirasol said the project is part of a bigger vision as Riverpark steadily evolves into a mixed‑use destination, with upcoming retail centers, schools, and residential communities.
“The opening of this logistics facility marks a crucial step in strengthening the operational backbone of UNIQLO in the Philippines,” said FNG President Thomas Mirasol.
Mirasol noted this will not only mean business growth but also efficiency, reliability, and the ability to serve customers better.
Mirasol noted that the facility is a cornerstone of a much larger vision for the region, emphasizing that “while we continue to build residential and commercial spaces, we are also helping create integrated environments where businesses can operate, communities can grow, and opportunities can expand.”
