Zsa Zsa Padilla celebrates 42 years via rare concert

Through ups and downs, Zsa Zsa Padilla stands-out for being an artist who continues to thrive in recording, film, television, and live concert stage.

Zsa Zsa takes the stage once more to create an evening of magic with her upcoming concert, Zsa Zsa: Through The Years, happening May 17 at Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Ayala Malls Circuit Grounds, Makati.

Promising an evening of “music, memories and heartfelt moments,” Zsa Zsa states that the event is “not just a concert, but a celebration of an incredible journey, a tribute to all the wonderful mothers [as the event happens around the time of Mother’s Day] and a pre-birthday treat for all of us to enjoy.”

As a multi-hyphenate, music has always been Zsa Zsa’s true north star.

Zsa Zsa was a member of the legendary Pinoy group Hotdog, considered an OPM pillar with its genre-defining sound. 

When she went solo, she served consistent smash hit singles like “Kahit Na,” “Point Of No Return,” “Hiram,” “Ikaw Lamang,” “Mula Sa Puso,” and “Mambobola” coupled with

chart-topping covers of “We’re All Alone,” “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” and “Through The Years.” 

With hard work and passion, Zsa Zsa’s body of work in music makes her one of the best-selling female recording artists of all time as evidenced by her repertoire of multi-platinum full-length studio albums.

As an actress, Zsa Zsa has proven her range numerous times, experimenting with roles in various genres encompassing fantasy, comedy and drama with a filmography that consists of Ako Legal Wife: Mano Po 4, Batang PX, Minsan Lang Kita IIbigin and Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah Ze Moveeh to mention a few. 

On TV, she breathed life on some of the most complex characters on top-rating series like Budoy, Juan Dela Cruz, and Wildflower while being one of the OPM icons featured on ABS-CBN’s long-running Sunday musical variety show ASAP Natin ‘To.

Zsa Zsa’s anniversary concert gathers some of the fiercest Pinoy artists as special guests. The show – directed by Rowell Santiago with Homer Flores as Musical Director – features  Zia Quizon, Karylle, Erik Santos, and Gary Valenciano.
