Catriona Gray shoots fashion escapades for National Arts Month 2022

Being its Arts Ambassador, 2018 Miss Universe Catriona Gray recently shot tantalizing fashion modes and movements for the celebration of the 2022 National Arts Month (NAM) this February by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

Catriona navigated, swayed and sashayed in her various exotic if not flamboyant attire transforming the many historic and unique corners of the newly renovated Metropolitan Theater in Lawton into a runway.

Gray, in her topical tapestry of the seven arts, managed to represent the peculiar features of literature, architecture and allied arts, music, theater, visual arts, cinema and dance to differentiate and underscore each of them.

All these presentation were part of “The Great Reveal,” a short fashion film.

So excited to create a vision with an amazing group of creatives within the iconic Metropolitan Theatre, said Catriona.

The celebration is mainly composed of the flagship projects of Subsommission on the Arts’ (SCA), led by its commissioner and head of the National Committee on Cinema, Dr. Rolando Tolentino and the seven national committees—Architecture and Allied Arts headed by LAr. Zenaida DC. Galingan, Dance headed by Dr. Shirley Halili-Cruz, Literary Arts headed by Dr. Julieta C. Mallari, Music headed by Dr. Felipe M. De Leon Jr., Dramatic Arts headed by Mr. Felimon B. Blanco, and Visual Arts headed by Geraldine B. Araneta, which will be convened online.

Further details on each flagship projects and other NAM related activities will be updated on NCCA social media accounts.
