Thai Trade Center Manila Opens a New Chapter with “Melody of Books” at the Manila International Book Fair 2026

The Thai Trade Center Manila is making its historic debut at the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) 2026 with an immersive showcase titled “Melody of Books.” Running from September 9 to 13 at the SMX Convention Center Manila (Level 2, Booth Nos. 2-48, 2-49, 2-54, and 2-55), the pavilion aims to bring the sights, sounds, and stories of Thailand closer to Filipino readers through a vibrant blend of literature, culture, and interactive experiences.

Designed to go beyond a traditional book exhibit, the showcase celebrates the power of storytelling to connect cultures, offering book lovers, families, and students a chance to experience Thai traditions firsthand. Sutinee Vathana, Director of the Thai Trade Center Manila, shared that the debut marks an exciting opportunity to strengthen cultural ties between the two countries, inviting everyone to discover Thailand from a fresh perspective through the universal language of stories.
