SMDC launches Jade Residences in Makati

Investing in real properties is fast becoming a significant move among Filipinos, especially those who work overseas. And the good news is SMDC makes it convenient for them to own both a home and an investment.

According to Sandro Javier, Vice-President-Project Development of SMDC, many working Filipinos nowadays are putting their hard-earned cash on condominiums, buildings, and lands.

“Filipinos are eyeing real properties as their investment, especially those who work abroad.  We have clients who buy at least two units, some even five units which they mostly rent out and making it a passive income,” Javier explained.

And Makati is still the best location to invest in since it is accessible to many parts of the metropolis.

Noting the importance of location in considering real properties as investment, SMDC Properties recently broke ground for its newest project dubbed Jade Residences along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City.

The groundbreaking ceremony was graced by top local officials led by Makati Mayor Abigail Binay and SMDC executives.

Javier said Jade Residences is set to redefine the residential landscape in the country’s premier business district as it is strategically located in the dynamic stretch of Chino Roces Avenue, which integrates the vibrant tapestry of Makati City

Adding to its value is its proximity to key thoroughfares like EDSA, Buendia Avenue, Ayala Avenue, Osmena Highway, and Chino Roces Extension leading to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) and even South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). JINKY JIORGIO
