Businessman Kevin Wong is diversifying into real estate with his Height Realty Inc. breaking ground for a new exclusive gated residential development in the south of Metro Manila.
Height Realty is considered a new player in the property space after Wong, its president and CEO, along with Las Pinas Vice Mayor April Aguilar-Nery, City Councilors Mark Anthony Santos and Henry Medina, Chief Legal Elpidio Soriano III, and project director Bernard Asperin led the ceremonial lowering of the time capsule for the Southlinks Residences.
In a news release, Height Realty said the groundbreaking signifies the start of construction for the exclusive gated residential enclave, which is set to redefine premium living in South Metro.
“Built by internationally renowned builders and designers, Southlinks Estate will seamlessly integrate modern sophistication with the natural beauty of its surroundings, offering residents an unparalleled bend of elegance and tranquility,” the news release noted.
Wong’s Height Realty has also recently secured a credit facility from the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) to help bankroll its residential development project in the south.
