Philippines — [April 15, 2026] A Filipino creator has turned curiosity into creation by publishing a book that documents real-world experiments using artificial intelligence—despite starting with zero technical background.
Lex Marcelino, an independent creator, recently released “AI Experiments: A Creator’s Playbook,” a book that explores what individuals can build with AI tools even without coding knowledge.
The book is based on a series of personal experiments where Marcelino tested different ideas—from building simple games to creating digital content and workflows. Some experiments failed, while others evolved into functional outputs, highlighting both the possibilities and limitations of AI.
“This didn’t start as a plan to write a book. It started with experiments,” Marcelino shared. “I realized that if someone like me, with no technical background, could build things using AI, then others could too.”
Rather than focusing on technical theory, the book emphasizes hands-on experimentation and practical application. It aims to encourage individuals—especially non-technical users—to explore AI through action and creativity.
The book is currently available on Amazon in both digital and print formats and is also accessible through Kindle Unlimited.
Marcelino describes the project as “Experiment Log #001,” signaling that more experiments and future volumes may follow.
“This is just the beginning. There’s so much more to explore,” he added.
As artificial intelligence continues to shape industries, “AI Experiments: A Creator’s Playbook” offers a grounded, real-world perspective from someone learning and building in real time.
Lex Marcelino is a Filipino creator exploring the intersection of creativity and artificial intelligence. Through hands-on experimentation, he documents his journey of building projects using AI tools, aiming to make emerging technologies more accessible to non-technical individuals.
