Actress Bea Alonzo and businessman Vincent Co finally got married after a series of several alleged postponements of their wedding.
Bea and Vincent got hitched on a civil wedding in Makati City last Monday.
It was Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay who officiated the wedding which was only attended by the couple.
There were no members of their respective families.
According to Mayor Binay, she was the one who binded the husband and the wife relationship of Alonzo and Co, Phylbert Angelli Ranollo Fagestrom and Ferdinand Vincent Pe Co, the real names of the bride and groom, respectively.
The first unofficial announcement of the Fagestrom-Co nuptials was in May when they were reported to wed in Spain.
But because of some misunderstanding about the prenup agreement between the two parties, the supposedly grand event allegedly billed Wedding of the Year was aborted.
Last March, the wedding banns of Bea and Vincent were announced at the St. Peter The Apostle Parish Church in Paco, Manila.
