BMW brings back the Wagons

SMC Asia Car Distributors Corp, the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines, launched the new BMW 3 Series Touring that comes in three variants at its showroom in Greenhills, San Juan City.

The BMW 3 Series Touring is undeniably one of the most stylish options in the brand’s product range with an extremely striking design from the facade to the rear. 

The BMW 318i Touring and BMW M340i xDrive Touring retail for P3,890,000 and P5,890,000 respectively, while the BMW M3 Competition xDrive Touring retails for P10,490,000. All variants of the BMW 3 Series Touring come with a 5-year comprehensive BMW Warranty.

BMW is introducing the first-ever Touring model from the renowned M division – the M3 Competition xDrive Touring. This M-powered vehicle offers a blend of dynamic performance, practicality, and long-distance capabilities. Its exterior design is both extravagant and distinct, showcasing sleek surfaces, a sporty silhouette, and special design elements unique to the M series.

Up front, the BMW kidney grille and twin circular headlights have been meticulously redesigned to give the vehicle a strong visual presence. The BMW kidney grille now has a more powerful appearance with the addition of new double bars and lightly modified contours. It is flanked by standard full-LED headlights for the BMW 318i Touring while the BMW M340i xDrive Touring comes equipped with Adaptive LED Headlights – these include a range of functions such as cornering light, non-dazzling matrix high beam, dynamic headlight range control, and variable light distribution. There are also air intakes located beneath the kidney grille of both variants, which are finished in black high gloss to provide a more aggressive look. 

The two variants of the BMW 3 Series Touring feature a boldly sporty appearance – a visual quality emphasized by the standard-specified M High-gloss Shadowline with extended contents. The M340i xDrive Touring is specified with the M Sport Package Pro while the new BMW 318i Touring features the Exterior Line Satin Aluminum trim. These allow the two variants to clearly express the dynamism and modernity woven into the exterior design of the restructured model range. In addition, roof rails are fitted as standard on both vehicles – the BMW 318i Touring carries aluminum satinated roof rails, while the BMW M340i xDrive Touring is fitted with M roof rails high-gloss Shadowline.
