Changan Bacoor now open to serve

The MG Gateway Mantrade Corp., one of the largest automotive dealership groups in the country, sees a strong future for Changan as it recently inaugurated its newest dealership—Changan Bacoor—in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite.

Situated along the busy and fast-growing Daang Hari Road, the new Changan Bacoor dealership is now ready to serve customers with its elegant façade and spacious showroom that can display up to four units simultaneously. The facility also features two service bays and four service waiting bays for clients who value comfort and peace of mind while their vehicles are being handled by highly capable technicians.

Gateway’s Executive Vice President Michael Goho highlighted Changan’s tremendous potential now that it has entered the Philippine market. “When you look at the product lineup, the technology, the engineering, and the overall build quality, it stands shoulder-to shoulder with globally renowned top EV brands. The difference now is marketing and visibility. The brand is still not as known in the Philippines, and that’s where we all come in.”

Goho added that with strong inventory and Gateway’s solid program supporting the brand, “there is so much room to grow and so many opportunities we can still tap. We need more aggressive marketing, more presence, and more energy.”

“Changan is the No. 2 automotive brand in China. That alone tells you the scale, the engineering capability, and the long-term strength behind the name. With the right push, there is no reason Changan cannot carve out a strong position in the Philippine market as well,” Goho said. He also emphasized Gateway’s strengths in pricing strategy, product mix, and its ability to introduce a wide range of models not commonly offered by competitors.

Among the Changan officials present at the inauguration were Changan International Brand Head Arlan Reyes, Roy dela Rosa, Joel Villarin, William Tomimbang, Ryan Isana, and Mark Low.

The new dealership is open daily and is located at 6475 Daang Hari Road, Molino Road, Bacoor, Cavite.
