Among the founding owners include: Victor Joseph Santos, the president and chief of business innovation, who leads business strategy, internal systems, and techonology-driver growth of the company; Romeo Regaliza Pascual Jr., the chief of people, culture, and partnership, who oversees organizational culture, talent development, and external relationships and collaborations; and Froilan “Master Jojo” Agnote, the chief technical authority and Head of service excellence, who leads nationwide technical standards, service quality, and training of mechanics across all branches.
Aside from the very first office along Molino Road in Bacoor, Cavite, and the one in Quezon City under the management of both Joel Torres and Warren Lim Latoy, Master Garage now has a total of five major branches that are full-packed with satisfied customers. The three others are in: Master Garage Cabantian, Davao City; Master Garage Puerto Princesa, Palawan; and Master Garage San Fernando, Pampanga. There is another one coming up soon in Master Garage Batangas City.
Master Garage Quezon City has a big number of well-trained technicians that are catering to more than a hundred vehicles every day. “We make a point that every vehicle that comes in are being taken cared of and inspected thoroughly and all the findings are communicated accordingly to the respective customers,” Joel and Warren said.
Among the services offered are: Preventive/periodic maintenance service that are required every 10,000 kms; Cooling system restoration being done every 2 years or after 5 years in it is brand new; Turbo system cleaning every 80,000 kms; Exhaust gas recirculation system cleaning that is required every after 50,000 km run; Automatic transmission fluid dialysis that is required every after 80 km run; Under chassis checkup; and Full systems diagnostic scanning.
