Morris Garages Philippines launches first SUV

After a long wait, Morris Garages (MG) Philippines finally unveiled its all-new sport utility vehicle (SUV), the MG GS, at the Fashion Walk area of Greenbelt 5 in Makati City. 

MG Philippines said in a statement that the British brand’s first SUV is “no exception to being affordable, fun, and comfortable,” and added that its price starts from only P1.25 million for the fully loaded luxury deluxe model.

The MG GS boasts of the SGE 1.5TGI direct-injection turbo-charged engine and the TST 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission, which offer an unforgettable drive-as-you-please experience.

The MG GS’s “Faceted Flow” car-body design lets its aesthetics speak in its distinctly British way, and the SUV is visually arresting at every angle. Gorgeous shard protection-type xenon headlamps complete the look. Just one look at the MG GS and you won’t be able to take your eyes off it.

The MG GS is equipped with the Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system that can easily handle any kind of weather or road condition. With just 0.1 seconds needed to adjust torque distribution, it is a powerful force driving the undaunted calm within.

MG GS uses an FSF ultra high-tensile steel integrated body structure to build a 360-degree safety net. Its Hill-start Assist (HAS) and Hill Descent Control (HDC) systems, Active Antirolling Program (ARP), and others form the “Fifteen-in-one Flagship Level Protection” and combine to make sure that you drive worry-free.
