Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) will spend between P30 billion and P32 billion for 22 projects that are expected to be completed in the next few years, it was announced recently.
In a press briefing in Makati City on January 24, TLDC CEO Tomas Lorenzo said the amount would be for university residences and mixed-used developments within and outside Metro Manila.
“By 2020, we expect to complete 20 to 21 projects,” Lorenzo said.
This year, TLDC will turn over two projects: Torre Central, near the University of Santo Tomas, and Torre Sur, beside the University of Perpetual Help.
Also this year, five projects will begins construction, including university residences Tierra Lorenzo Malvar in Malate, Manila, and Tierra Lorenzo Dasmariñas in Dasmariñas City, Cavite province; residential developments Tierra Lorenzo San Fernando in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga province, and a second building for Tierra Lorenzo Lipa in Lipa City, Batangas province; and T Hotel San Fernando, also in Pampanga.
In 2018, TLDC will start eight new projects, including Tierra Lorenzo San Fernando, T Hotel Baguio, and a high-end family residential project in Malate, Manila.
In the next three to five years, the company targets to complete Dusit Thani Residences and dusitD2 Hotel in Davao City.
TLDC is a real-estate company that builds residences that cater to markets near universities, particularly students.
