Yes, the 1973 Miss World First Runner-Up Evangeline Pascual is still in the thick of things among fashion, film and television industry events.
Tomorrow, March 29, 205, Evangeline will receive the 2025 Philippine Faces of Success award at the Teatrino in Greenhills for her outstanding achievements in fashion, acting, visual arts and education.
Evangeline has been receiving awards one after the other because of her commitment to the arts.
As a matter of fact, she was recognized recently as a pillar in beauty pageant history in the Philippines.
“I will treasure the Philippine Pageantry award given by Richard Hinola because it is a manifestation of his advocacy to recognize the people who make a difference in the advancement of lives of other people,” said Evangeline when she received the Philippine Pageantry Award early this year.
Attending all types of events also makes a well-rounded Pascual in relating to people from all walks of life.
After walking the runway for the recently concluded Iloko Abel fashion show at the Manila Hotel to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Kannadiwan Foundation, Inc. where she brought back the honor, glitz and glam of the seventies through iconic designers Albert Figueras, Renee Salud and Toni Galang, Vangie got to mingle and to interact with various fashion icons like Nardie Montoya Presa and Barge Ramos, among others in the last fashion parade for socio-civic projects held in Crowne Plaza.
Meanwhile, in spirituality, Evangeline mixes it with visual arts as she paints images of divinity in different strokes but living spiritually is another thing to concretize.
To fulfill a religious obligation, the Miss World 1st Runner-up paid a visit at the Mt. Carmel Minor Basilica in Broadway in New Manila, Quezon City for a Lenten art exhibit.
While at spirituality, Vangie applies metaphysical touches to her health and wellness activities and even in speaking.
Television and film are also fields Pascual makes the most of them by juggling her schedule carefully.
