The Territory Assure+, which aims to elevate the ownership experience with enhanced services available to Ford Territory owners, was launched recently by Ford Philippines with a comprehensive suite of service initiatives designed to ensure that the Territory ownership experience is convenient and worry-free for both previous and current-generation owners.
Ford owners can now avail of Express Service that gives them access to fast and reliable periodic maintenance service within just 90 minutes, including car wash. Territory Assure+ also covers free pick-up and delivery, where customers can have their vehicles picked up from and brought to their preferred location for service maintenance. Customers can avail of expert maintenance with door-to-door service which is available within 5-kms from Ford dealers in the metro and 8-kms from Ford dealers in the provinces.
Territory owners are also entitled to avail of Mobility Support*, where they can access loaner vehicles from a Ford dealership while their vehicles are under repair for more than a day, keeping them on the road. It also allows them owners to enjoy improved customer support with a dedicated e-mail address (ftassure@ford.com) where they can send their product or service-related queries.
