Mr & Miss Lipa Tourism 2026 finals night set on June 20

She likes being Candidate Number 2.

“When you’re in Number 2, you tend to try harder,” thus declared 19-year old college student Allyza Joyce Lescano, one of 10 female candidates vying for the title, Miss Lipa Tourism 2026.

With her statuesque figure and golden, brown cover, Allyza cut a striking portrait in an all-white ensemble together with her fellow candidates representing various barangays in the city. The ladies, together with 10 gentlemen taking part in the same contest, were presented to the media during a conference held May 11 at The Sosyal Place, MLD Hotel and Resort, in barangay Sa Carlos.

During the public interview, the candidates talked about their various advocacies on how to promote their home barangays and the city itself.

The 10 candidates to Miss Lipa Tourism are: Danelle Erich Lee Rodelas of Brgy Bolbok; Allyza Joyce Lescano, Brgy Banay Banay; Chloe Andrea Delos Santos, Marawoy; Tania Endozo, Munting Pulo; Frances Isabel Macatangay ng Brgy Banay Banay; Kate Danielle Morales, Sabang; Princess Lyka Virrey, Pinagkawitan; Felyciti Claire Marin,  Tambo; Precious Fajardo, San Jose; at Ma. Erica Valenzuela, Tambo.

Competing for the Mr. Lipa Tourism title are Jhoma Edd Polega of Brgy Dagatan; John Emmanuel Macasaet, Bulacnin; Ghenno Camacho,  Kayumanggi; Marlo Anthony Parco, San Jose; Justine Velasquez, Tambo; Glen Wendel Masupil,  Sabang; Johan Miguel Pinon,  Sampaguita; Mohammad Reza Junior Gholami, Brgy 8; Vincent Emmanuel Sayas, Antipolo del Norte; and Kenzo Guillermo, Inosluban.

Pageant winners will be announced in a grand coronation night scheduled on June 20. They will serve as official tourism ambassadors of Lipa City.

According to Joel Pena, President of Lipa City Tourism Council, the contest winners will have a chance to represent the city in both national and international pageants.

Mr. Lipa Tourism 2025 Kurt Mikheal Aguilar of barangay Bagong Pook last year emerged as 1st Runner Up at the Mister Friendship International 2025 pageant held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Aguilar and last year’s Miss Lipa Tourism, Joey Anne Chavez, graced the media presentation.

Mr Pena announced that pageant winners stand to win cash prizes and gift packages.

Mister & Miss Lipa Tourism 2026 will receive P100,000 each while runners-up will bring home, in descending order, P70,000, P50,000; P30,000 and P20,000. Also given away are consolation prizes at P10,000 each.

Mr and Miss Lipa Tourism is a joint undertaking of a team composed of Mayor Eric AfricaCouncilor Venice DC Manalo, Dr. Ronnel Sarmiento (City Administrator), Ms Aylene Acorda, and Joel Pena.

The production team includesGeorgia Reyes (Pageant Director), Israel Mission (Production management), and Jessica Manalo (Secretariat).
