ROBINSONS LAND CLINCHES BEST DEVELOPER TITLE FOR THIRD STRAIGHT YEAR AS DIVERSE PROJECTS FROM LEADING COMPANIES GAIN TOP HONOURS
MANILA, Philippines — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today honoured the Philippines’ top real estate achievements at the 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic.
Developers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao gathered at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila to celebrate the Philippines’ top real estate in more than 80 award categories, with an emphasis on cohesive integrated development and sustainability. Winning projects ranged from luxurious high-end condominiums to affordable housing, reflecting the Filipino property sector’s commitment to diverse market needs.
Robinsons Land won the Best Developer award for the third consecutive year and received the title of Best Developer (Luzon). RLC Residences, a division of Robinsons Land, garnered accolades for The Residences at The Westin Manila, including Best Branded Residential Development, Best Wellness Residential Development, and Best Lifestyle Condo Development. Additionally, Robinsons Offices won Best Office Architectural Design and Best Office Interior Design for GBF Center 1 while Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 and work.able Robinsons Summit Center were recognised as Best BPO Office Development and Best Co Working Space, respectively.
This year marked a milestone with the presentation of the inaugural ESG Developer Awards. Alveo Land earned the first-ever Social Impact Award while PrimaryHomes, Inc. garnered the new Sustainable Construction Award. Megaworld Corporation won the inaugural Sustainable Design Award and Energy Efficiency Award.
Megaworld Corporation, the most awarded company of the year, was also honoured as Best Developer (Visayas), Best Mixed Use Developer, and Best Hospitality Developer, with subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) clinching the Best Lifestyle Developer award. The company dominated the Portfolio categories, with wins for Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, and Megaworld Premier Offices.
Megaworld Corporation’s diverse projects excelled in this year’s awards, with Maple Grove Park Village taking a top honour as Best Housing Development (Philippines). Other winning projects include Chelsea Parkplace, Firenze Residences, Grand Westside Hotel, International Finance Center, La Cassia Residences, Uptown Mall, The Upper East House, and Vion Tower. Additionally, Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI) won for The Lindgren.
Federal Land, Inc. won the Best Luxury Developer title, with Federal Land NRE Global, Inc. recognised as Best Breakthrough Developer. Federal Land, Inc. also won the Best Township Development and Best Township Masterplan Design awards for Riverpark, with Yume at Riverpark winning Best Sub Division Development. Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Federal Land, Inc., also received golden statuettes for Mitsukoshi BGC and The Seasons Residences.
The Estate Makati, a joint venture of SM Development Corporation (SMDC) and Federal Land, received the Best Condo Development (Philippines) and Best Ultra Luxury Condo Development (Metro Manila) awards. SM Development Corporation (SMDC) also stood out with wins for SMDC Cheerful Homes 2 and Sunnyvale 2 while FourE-com Center won a title for SM Offices by SM Prime.
Cebu Landmasters, Inc. received the Best Developer (Mindanao) award, in addition to winning accolades for Visayas-based projects such as Casa Mira Towers Guadalupe, lyf Cebu City, Mirani Steps Danao, and Velmiro Greens Bohol.
Ayala Land, Inc. made a strong comeback this year as Best Sustainable Developer, supported by a win for Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2. Alveo Land, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, received winning titles for Viento at Cerca and Cerule at Solinea.
Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates was honoured as Best Industrial Developer, buoyed by a win for its massive industrial-anchored project LIMA Estate. Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation received the Best Boutique Developer award, supported by wins for Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort and Torre Lorenzo Loyola. Debut contender Brittany Hotels was named Best Boutique Hospitality Developer, alongside wins for Brittany Hotel Villar City. Hausland Development Corporation, another first-time competitor, won Best Housing Developer and an award for The Hauslands Mabalacat.
This year’s celebration also featured successful debut contenders such as Landco Pacific Corporation, which garnered wins for The Residences at Terrazas de Punta Fuego and The Spinnaker, and Science Park of the Philippines, Inc., which won for Light Industry & Science Park IV. Primehomes Real Estate Development, Inc. also debuted triumphantly with wins for Primehomes Capitol Hills, along with first-time contender Primehomes Development Corporation, which won for Luana Dos Subdivision. Bluerise Holdings Ent. Corp also won in its first foray into the awards with Alexa Heights while Fiesta Communities Incorporated won its first award with Fiesta Communities – San Rafael Extension.
PH1 World Developers is another standout developer this year, with wins for Modan Lofts Ortigas Hills, My Enso Lofts, and Northscapes San Jose Del Monte. Other winning projects include 110 Benavidez by Keyland Corporation; 202 Peaklane and Copeton Baysuites by Anchor Land Holdings, Inc.; I-Land Residences Sucat by I-Land, Inc.; Narra Park Residences and Narra Park Residences Avia by Alsons Development and Investment Corporation; and Parqal by D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc.
Prominent personalities in the real estate sector were honoured at this year’s awards. Manuel V. Pangilinan, chairman and CEO, Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, received the coveted Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year award. Mariana Beatriz Zobel de Ayala, senior vice president, head of leasing and hospitality, Ayala Land, Inc. was named this year’s Rising Star.
