It was both a Valentine victory and a birthday celebration.
The two-in-one affair was the special day for Queen of All Media Kris Aquino whose birthday fell on February 14.
It was midnight before the clock struck twelve that Kris held her 55th red-letter-day.
She was surrounded by her sons Josh and Bimby and some close friends including a member of her glam team.
According to her doctor, Geraldine Zamora, the exclusive party was held in Aquino’s room adorned with colorful balloons
In a video, Kris was seen blowing out birthday candles while resting in bed, with heartfelt messages and prayers for her healing and happiness.
According to the TV host and actress, her birthday wish is to reach 60 years old and qualify for senior citizen and PWD benefits.
Kris was finally discharged from the hospital after a six-week confinement for the multiple autoimmune diseases which are reportedly improving.
She said that she is now able to walk on her own again.
She thanked all her supporters who are praying for her full recovery. (Boy Villasanta)
