Honda Philippines reveals 3 exciting bikes 

Honda Philippines, Inc., the country’s leading motorcycle brand, took centerstage yesterday with the unveiling of three new models at the Makina Moto Expo 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Manila in Pasay City. 

Unwrapped during an elaborate presentation were the New Honda WN7, the CB650R, and the NX500, each representing a unique expression of Honda’s engineering excellence.

“Makina Moto Expo is a very important event for the motorcycle community. We are happy to be part of this celebration, especially as Makina Moto Expo marks its 10th anniversary this year. Through the years, we have strengthened our connection with the riding community, not only by offering reliable motorcycles, but also by creating meaningful experiences that bring riders together,” he shared.

The New Honda WN7 highlighted Honda’s continued push toward electric vehicles, marking the brand’s entry into full-size EV motorcycles designed for everyday urban mobility. Built for efficiency, sustainability, and responsive city riding, the model delivers 18 kW rated power and up to 50 kW peak output, paired with 100 Nm of torque for immediate acceleration and smooth power delivery. It accelerates from 0–50 meters in just 3.9 seconds, with a riding range of up to 144.1 km and a max speed of 129 km/h, making it a practical option for both daily commutes and longer urban rides. It also supports convenient charging, reaching full charge in approximately 2.5 hours for normal charging while fast charging from 20% to 80% battery level can be achieved in just 0.5 hours for added flexibility on the road, presented in a sleek Graphite Black finish.

While electric vehicles continue to gain traction globally, internal combustion engine motorcycles remain a vital part of the Philippine market, driven by infrastructure readiness, affordability, and rider familiarity. The CB650R is the newest addition to Honda’s exciting bikes with its smooth, high-revving inline-four engine. Built for riders who value both style and substance, it is equipped with Honda’s E-Clutch System that allows the rider to start, stop, and change gear without using the clutch lever, along with a quick shifter. It also features Honda RoadSync connectivity for calls, messaging, navigation, and music via smartphone, paired with a 5-inch full-color TFT display with optical bonding for improved readability and reduced glare. 

On the other hand, NX500 E-Clutch variant stood out as a capable and versatile adventure motorcycle, engineered for riders seeking to explore beyond the city. With its lightweight build and confident handling, it offers the flexibility to transition seamlessly between urban roads and more rugged terrain. 

It features a 5-inch TFT Meter Display with optical bonding to reduce glare and improve readability, along with Honda RoadSync connectivity to link the motorcycle and smartphone via Bluetooth for navigation and app control. It is also equipped with Honda’s E-Clutch System, allowing the rider to start, stop, and change gear through pedal shifting without using the clutch lever. The model is available in Pearl Horizon Black and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.

Alongside these newly launched models, Honda also showcased a premium lineup of motorcycles that captured the attention of attendees throughout the event. The X-ADV impressed with its unique blend of adventure capability and urban functionality, while The CRF1100L Africa Twin remained a top choice for long-distance touring and off-road performance. The Rebel1100 delivered a bold and modern cruiser experience, and The Goldwing continued to embody luxury touring at its finest. Completing the display was The CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, a race-bred superbike engineered for precision, speed, and track-level performance.

For riders eager to experience Honda’s latest innovations firsthand, The CB650R Standard variant will retail at Php 525,000, while The CB650R E-Clutch variant will be available at Php 565,000. Meanwhile, The NX500 E-Clutch variant will be priced at Php 419,000. These models will be available at all Honda Flagship and Big Wing Shops nationwide. Meanwhile, the Honda WN7 will be available this coming June 2026.
