MANILA, Philippines – Watching a championship game is one thing. Watching it from a private suite with great food, an incredible view of the action, and loved ones by your side is an entirely different experience.
ArenaPlus took another step in elevating the fan experience with the launch of the newly redesigned ArenaPlus Premiere Suite at the Mall of Asia Arena on June 17, just hours before Barangay Ginebra San Miguel and TNT Tropang 5G battled in the winner-take-all Game 7 of the PBA Season 50 Commissioner’s Cup Finals.
The refurbished suite welcomed content creators for an exclusive first look at the new space. The guests were treated to a short program featuring interactive games before settling in to watch the highly anticipated match, which was won by the Gin Kings.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by the ArenaPlus logo outlined by a striking orange neon light, making it easily the most eye-catching feature inside the room.
“Feeling ko kasi ‘yung suite na ‘to, it’s like the best seat in the house. Sakto ‘yung everything, tapos sobrang comfortable. And then may sarili kang CR. So I think that’s what makes it different from other suites,” said Miguel Asuncion, who goes by “Pinoy Basketbolista” on social media.
If you ask content creator Paolo Trinidad, more popularly known as “Sports Papi,” the cozy layout evokes the atmosphere of a modern sports bar while maintaining the exclusivity and comfort of a private lounge.
“Ang comfy niya, para kang nasa bar. Chill lang,” said Trinidad.
TV host Sabrina San Diego was equally impressed.
“My first impression was, ‘Oh, what an upgrade!’ Ganun! I like everything. It’s very cozy. But at the same time it looks so posh, you know what I mean?” San Diego said.
But the experience isn’t just about the view. Guests can enjoy a complimentary buffet, dedicated usher service, and access to a private comfort room, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the event without leaving the suite.
“May buffet!” said actress and host Hershey Neri with a hearty laugh when asked what feature stood out for her.
“Kanina nung lumabas ‘yung TNT sabi ko, ‘Go TNT!’ habang ngumangatngat ako ng kaldereta. Habang nanonood, nagche-chew. Kasi sa baba, popcorn lang makakain mo. Dito may kaldereta, may pasta, may cream dory. Sabi ko, ‘Wow, kakaibang experience ‘to at masarap ang kaldereta!'”
Designed to accommodate 21 guests, the suite features three rows of seven seats, creating an intimate viewing environment for sports and entertainment fans alike.
The space also showcases a vertical touchscreen display, which allows guests to explore the ArenaPlus app firsthand, while a separate screen continuously plays ArenaPlus television commercials, event highlights, and exclusive content.
For Erick Su, Head of ArenaPlus, the Premiere Suite represents more than just a premium viewing space. It reflects the company’s commitment to rewarding loyal users and creating memorable experiences beyond the app.
Eligible members of the ArenaPlus community will have opportunities to enjoy the Premiere Suite as part of future rewards and exclusive experiences. To qualify, users must be at least 21 years old and have completed their account verification.
“At ArenaPlus, we’re always looking for ways to elevate the fan experience beyond the game itself,” said Su, whose company is the No. 1 PAGCOR-licensed online sportsbook in the Philippines.
“The ArenaPlus Premiere Suite was designed to give our users a more comfortable and exclusive way to enjoy live events. Whether you’re watching a championship game with friends, spending time with family, or attending a major concert, we want every visit to become a shared memory with the people who matter most.”
Beyond basketball, the ArenaPlus Premiere Suite also opens the door to a wide range of events held at the Mall of Asia Arena, including concerts and other major live entertainment attractions.
Whether it’s a championship-deciding Game 7, a sold-out concert, or another marquee event, ArenaPlus is making sure its most loyal fans can enjoy it all from one of the best seats in the house.
