That is where the rapport between award-winning actress and iconic fashion designer Albert Figueras exists.
Max is one of Albert’s lucky charms as a model of his sartorial creations and Figueras is also one of Eigenmann’s assets in her glitz and glam appearances.
Albert admitted that Max confided in him he’s her lucky charm so she always sees to it most of her wardrobe are from the designer’s collection. “Sabi ni Max, lucky charm daw niya ako (Max said I am her lucky charm),” Figueras disclosed Friday afternoon.
According to Albert, Max likes his classiness and uniqueness in his works.
It is safe to say that the actress’ acting talent isn’t her only asset in winning awards both locally and internationally.
Her stellar countenance as well must have exuded dimensional bodily traits that connect to her divine garb of lucky streak.
Since last year, Eigenmann has won two Best Actress awards, at the 2023 Asean International Film Festival and the 2022 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival for “12 Weeks” where she wore Albert Figueras’ creations separately.
At the 46th Gawad Urian of the Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino (MPP) and 6th Eddys of the Society of Philippine Entertainment Editors (SPEEd) this year, Max also donned Figueras’ haute couture. BOY VILLASANTA
