The tables were turned around in the case of GMA Network broadcaster Mav Gonzales.
Instead of her asking questions even on an impromptu interview on cam, I was the one throwing queries on Mav, a GMA Network news reporter on sports and other news types.
Gonzales is at the moment with her fiancé, Fil-American Matthew Valena who is in the Philippines not only on vacation but work as well.
Mav has been in a romantic relationship with Matthew since the year started.
“I am happy with him,” smiled the pretty hard news broadcaster.
She admitted that she and Valena are already engaged.
“He’s an inspiration in my career. He’s heaven sent,” quipped Gonzales.
While she is a public figure doing TV news, he is a private entrepreneur.
“No problem with the diversity in our respective professions,” guaranteed Mav.
Her engagement, Gonzales clarified, was a significant event she didn’t hide from anyone.
It is love in the first order.
Lucky Matthew to have a fiancée like Mav who is obviously simple and warm.
