Tanduay Brings the Halloween Spirits to Polilya’s Thriller Night This October 29

MANILA, Philippines — Tanduay joins Polilya Craft Beer and Cocktails in Poblacion as it kicks off its 3-day Halloween Bash with a Thriller Night on October 29, Thursday. Starting at 5:30 PM, a specially curated Tanduay menu will be made available for the occasion.

“Halloween is a great opportunity to celebrate with friends over creative cocktails. We’re excited to work with Polilya in bringing guests a fun way to ring in the season,” said Edzel Ty, Tanduay Digital Brand Manager.

What’s on the Halloween Cocktail Menu?

Tanduay and Polilya are serving up Halloween-inspired cocktails that are wickedly good.

Dancing in the Moonlight is made with the brand’s award-winning premium rum, Tanduay Asian Rum Silver, and is infused with familiar Filipino flavors of jackfruit, pandan, and ube.  Blood on the Floor, meanwhile, combines the silky smooth Tanduay Asian Rum Gold with red wine, mango, and banana. Then there’s Bite Me Baby, a bold concoction of Tanduay Especia, durian, ginger, and chili.

Brew Up a Little Tanduay Concoction of Your Own

Can’t make it to Polilya? You can have your own little Halloween celebration at home with Witch’s Float, a cocktail you can easily make on your own. All you need are the following:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Tanduay 5 Years

1 oz. vanilla syrup

3 oz. calamansi juice

1/2 oz. grenadine

Whipped cream for topping

How to make it:

1. Combine Tanduay 5 Years, vanilla syrup, and calamansi juice in a shaker with ice.

2. Shake until combined.

3. Add grenadine to the bottom of the martini glass.

4. Pour the mixture.

5. Top with whipped cream and serve.
