Centuries-old Basilica of the Black Nazarene in Quiapo District in Manila was the backdrop of the distinct wedding of singer Angeline Quinto and boyfriend Nonrev Daquina.
Not many celebrities tie the knot in the miraculous church and Angeline and Nonrev made the difference.
Quinto walked the huge aisle of Quiapo Church in her exquisite gown.
Among the principal sponsors in the matrimony were Charo Santos-Concio, Martin Nievera, Regine Velasquez, Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna, Vicki Belo, Boy Abunda and Zsa Zsa Padilla.
Erik Santos, a very good friend of the bride, was one of the best men in the wedding who was counterpart of Sarah Geronimo as one of the bridesmaids.
Angeline and Nonrev’s first-born Silvio was an attraction in the entourage.
According to Quinto and Daquina, they chose the Basilica of the Black Nazarene because they are both devotees of the image that came all the way from Mexico in the 15th century.
